Yogaristha Yoga – Part 3: Powerful Yogaristha Yogas That Indicate Early Death (10-18 Years)

Yogaristha Yoga April 8, 2025
Reading Time: 5 minutes

Introduction

In Part 2, we examined Yogaristha Yogas that indicate a lifespan of up to 10 years, understanding how planetary combinations contribute to early death predictions. Now, in Part 3, we will cover Yogaristha Yogas that indicate vulnerability between 10 and 18 years of age.

Reminder: These Yogas should never be judged in isolation.

  • If Arishta-Bhanga Yoga (cancellation of early death indications) is present, these effects may be nullified.
  • Dashas (planetary periods) play a crucial role—if the Mahadasha or Antardasha of malefic planets is not active during childhood, Yogaristha effects may not manifest.
  • A strong Lagna, Moon, or benefic influences can override the impact of these Yogas.

Yogaristha Yogas Indicating Death Between 10-18 Years

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (10 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • Saturn is the Lagna lord and is placed in a Capricorn Navamsha.
  • Saturn is exclusively aspected by Mercury.

📌 Effect:

  • This yoga indicates karmic imbalances related to health, the father, or financial struggles in early life.
  • If Saturn is weak, debilitated, or afflicted, the child may suffer from chronic illnesses, nervous disorders, or respiratory issues.
  • The lack of benefic aspects increases the chances of early death at age 10.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Jupiter or Venus aspects Saturn or the Lagna, the child gains protection.
If Saturn is strong (exalted in Libra or well-placed in a Kendra), the negative effects are reduced.

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (11 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • Mercury is closely conjunct Sun.
  • Mercury is aspected by benefic planets.

📌 Effect:

  • While this is a common combination, it is said to increase vulnerability to health issues at age 11.
  • The child may experience mental stress, nervous system disorders, or difficulties in concentration.
  • However, since Mercury is influenced by benefic planets, this yoga is unlikely to cause early death unless other strong Yogaristha Yogas are present.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Mercury is in Gemini or Virgo (own signs), it cancels this yoga.
If a strong Jupiter aspects Mercury, it provides additional protection.

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (12 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • Sun, being the dispositor of Moon, is in the 8th house.
  • Sun is conjunct Saturn and aspected by Venus.

📌 Effect:

  • The 8th house governs longevity and hidden karmic influences.
  • If Sun (representing vitality and health) is placed here and afflicted, it can lead to a weak immune system, chronic illness, or fatal diseases developing around age 12.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Sun is exalted (in Aries) or placed in a strong Kendra, the effect is nullified.
If Jupiter aspects the 8th house or Sun, it provides protection.

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (13 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • Saturn is the Lagna lord and is placed in a Libra Navamsha.
  • Saturn is exclusively aspected by Jupiter.

📌 Effect:

  • A Saturn-Jupiter influence can bring extreme karma related to education, health, and spiritual growth.
  • The child may experience a major health crisis, accident, or sudden life-altering event at 13.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Saturn is well-placed (own sign or exalted), the child is protected.
If a benefic planet aspects the Lagna, it reduces the effect.

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (14 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • Saturn is the Lagna lord and is placed in a Virgo Navamsha.
  • Saturn is exclusively aspected by Mercury.

📌 Effect:

  • Mercury’s aspect on Saturn may indicate health issues related to digestion, nerves, or mental instability.
  • This placement suggests chronic illnesses, learning difficulties, or stress-related problems.
  • If heavily afflicted, it may increase vulnerability to fatal conditions at age 14.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Mercury is strong (in Gemini or Virgo), the effects are minimized.
If a benefic planet aspects Saturn or the Lagna, it neutralizes the impact.

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (15 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • Saturn is the Lagna lord and is placed in a Leo Navamsha.
  • Saturn is exclusively aspected by Rahu.

📌 Effect:

  • Rahu’s aspect on Saturn creates extreme karmic influences, leading to instability, rebellious nature, or dangerous experiences.
  • This can indicate accidents, sudden injuries, or issues caused by sharp objects at age 15.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Jupiter aspects Saturn or the Lagna, the child gains protection.
If Saturn is in a strong house (10th or 11th), the negative effects are reduced.

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (16 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • Saturn is the Lagna lord and is placed in a Cancer Navamsha.
  • Saturn is exclusively aspected by Ketu.

📌 Effect:

  • Ketu’s aspect on Saturn creates extreme karmic debts related to health, past-life mistakes, or spiritual imbalances.
  • The child may experience health issues, mystical experiences, or accidents involving animals, reptiles, or poisons.
  • If severe malefic influences are present, this may indicate danger at age 16.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Jupiter aspects Saturn or the Lagna, it reduces the risk.
If Saturn is well-placed (own sign, exalted, or aspected by benefics), the effect is nullified.

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (17 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • Saturn is the Lagna lord and is placed in a Gemini Navamsha.
  • Saturn is aspected by the Lagna lord.

📌 Effect:

  • This yoga suggests extreme highs and lows in early life.
  • The child may be seen as a hero or someone with strong achievements before experiencing a major downfall.
  • If heavily afflicted, it could indicate sudden loss of life at age 17.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Jupiter aspects Saturn or the Lagna, it neutralizes the effect.
If the Lagna lord is strong (exalted or well-placed), this yoga does not manifest.

🔹 Yogaristha Yoga (18 Years)

📌 Combination:

  • The lords of Lagna and the 8th house are malefics.
  • They exchange places.
  • Jupiter is not in the 6th or 12th house.

📌 Effect:

  • This combination strongly indicates karmic struggles related to health, vitality, and hidden past-life influences.
  • If heavily afflicted, it increases vulnerability to fatal accidents or diseases at age 18.

📌 Cancellation (Arishta-Bhanga):
If Jupiter aspects the 8th house, it provides protection.
If Venus is strong and well-placed, it neutralizes the effects.
